Michael Bayes is a partner at Holtzman Vogel, with a primary focus on campaign finance and election law, lobbying and ethics compliance, and tax-exempt organizations.

Before joining the firm in 2008, Michael served as Counsel and Executive Assistant to a Commissioner on the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) and worked extensively on all aspects of the enforcement of federal campaign finance law. Prior to his time at the FEC, he served as Deputy Counsel at the Republican National Committee, where he advised on federal and state election law, contracting, employment, and intellectual property matters.
