Your California Privacy Rights
Under California Law, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, e-mail and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, write to us at (with a reference to California Disclosure Information): email@example.com with “California Privacy Information” as the subject line.
We will respond to such requests for information access within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above with the categories of personal information disclosed, along with our best efforts to provide the names and addresses of the business with whom we shared your Personal Information for that business’s own marketing purposes. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.
We do not disclose, sell or share personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. Nor do we do sell or share sensitive personal information. Therefore, the Firm does not currently engage in activities that constitute a “sale” for purposes of California’s privacy law.

- Opt out of sales and sharing: to opt-out of our sale and sharing of their personal information.
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information: to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information to those uses authorized by the CCPA. However, as noted Holtzman Vogel does not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes authorized by the CCPA.

- To know/access: to know what personal information we have collected about them, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them.
- Correction: to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Non-discrimination: not to be subject to discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
If you are a California user and would like to request to: (1) know (access); (2) delete all information we have obtained about you; or (3) not sell that information in the future to any third party whatsoever, click here to make that request: DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. In some cases, we may use the information you submit to notify the requestor or to request additional information in order to verify your request or where necessary to process your request.
