Jonathan Lienhard is a partner at Holtzman Vogel and Head of the firm’s Litigation Team.  He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, civil litigation, and white-collar criminal defense, while managing the practice of litigation across the firm

Jonathan began his career as a Navy JAG Corps prosecutor in Norfolk, Virginia, and served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. For nearly three decades he has tried cases before juries and judges in federal court, state court, and military courts-martial.

Jonathan has also argued cases before the Virginia Supreme Court, while briefing numerous cases before U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and filing briefs at the Supreme Court of the United States.
