Alexandria Saquella is an associate attorney at Holtzman Vogel and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, government investigations, and appellate law.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandria was an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) at the Department of Justice, where she prosecuted federal crimes and managed cases from investigation through sentencing.  She represented the United States in various hearings including trial.

As an AUSA, Alexandria successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases, securing convictions across a broad range of federal crimes. She led complex trials involving drug trafficking and immigration offenses, and played a central role in major investigations targeting drug and human smuggling operations along the southwest border. She also contributed to high-stakes investigations into money laundering and bulk cash smuggling, disrupting the financial networks that fuel organized crime. In addition to her demanding caseload, she handled sensitive child exploitation cases, underscoring her deep commitment to protecting vulnerable children and enhancing community safety.

Additionally, Alexandria was an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix, where she managed a broad spectrum of criminal cases. She gained substantial courtroom experience, trying over 20 cases—both bench and jury trials—many of which involved the examination of expert witnesses and the cross-examination of defendants.

Known for her tenacity and commitment to justice, Alexandria earned a reputation as a "trial dog" for her willingness to take on tough cases and see them through to verdict. Her dedication and performance in the courtroom led to a nomination for Rising Star Prosecutor of the Year.

After law school, Alexandria was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable D. Steven Williams at the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Prior to law school, Alexandria worked at the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a registered lobbyist representing the interests of businesses across Arizona.
