Andrew ("Andy") Wilson is an associate with Holtzman Vogel practicing in litigation, appeals, and government investigations.

Andy’s practice draws on his broad base of experience in business, government, and public interest work as well as his interests in policy, economics, and judicial philosophy. He previously practiced in the Nashville office of a national law firm, served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brian S. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and, during law school at the University of Georgia, interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, and a prominent public interest firm. 

Andy has experience in multiple areas of the law, including commercial litigation, employment law, constitutional law, administrative law, financial services litigation, criminal law, and civil enforcement. He is skilled at handling all aspects of the litigation process, advising clients, and negotiating out-of-court resolutions.

Andy takes a practical and resourceful approach to the practice of law, bringing to bear a thorough grasp of procedural and substantive law to craft winning strategies for his clients.
