Andrew Episkopos is an associate attorney with Holtzman Vogel and focuses his practice on appellate law, constitutional law, commercial litigation, and political law.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Allison H. Eid on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

During law school, Andrew gained valuable experience working on a wide range of political law matters. He served as a legal extern for the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division, where he assisted several public corruption and election-related prosecutions, including the prosecution of a sitting congressman. Additionally, he interned at the Office of Legal Counsel for the Governor of Colorado, working on issues of executive power, government ethics compliance, open records requests, and judicial appointments.
