Associate
Valerie Chartier-Hogancamp is an associate attorney at Holtzman Vogel, where she focuses on environmental and constitutional litigation at both the trial and appellate level, while also supporting the firm’s land use practice. She leverages her previous career as an environmental consultant to develop creative solutions to complex environmental matters, helping clients navigate risks and, when possible, avoid or minimize costly litigation.
Prior to joining Holtzman Vogel, Valerie was a career federal law clerk, having served for several years with the Honorable Carlos E. Mendoza at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, independently managing a docket of 150–250 civil cases per year while providing support for the criminal docket.
Earlier in her career, she was an associate at a top Florida law firm, representing clients on a broad range of environmental issues. Prior to entering law, Valerie worked as a project manager and senior environmental specialist at AECOM, overseeing National Environmental Policy Act projects while concurrently contributing to planning, permitting, mitigation, and environmental assessments across transportation, pipeline, land management, ecosystem restoration, and landfill projects.
