Holtzman Vogel Elevates Two Attorneys to Of Counsel, Strengthening Florida Real Estate Industry and Land Use Practices
Holtzman Vogel, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in political law, regulatory law and high-profile litigation, announced today the promotions of Valerie Chartier-Hogancamp and Randall Raban to Of Counsel in its growing Florida offices.
The strategic promotions underscore Holtzman Vogel's continued expansion of its comprehensive Florida real estate industry and land use practices, which serves developers, landowners, Fortune 500 corporations, big box retailers, utilities, and manufacturers across the state. The practice encompasses the full spectrum of real estate development needs—from complex transactions and land use approvals to environmental compliance and high-stakes litigation.
Chartier-Hogancamp focuses her practice on environmental and land use matters, including regulatory work and litigation. Prior to joining Holtzman Vogel, Valerie was a career federal law clerk with the Honorable Carlos E. Mendoza at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and previously an environmental consultant with AECOM. She earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, an M.B.A. in Environmental Management from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Miami.
Raban focuses primarily on commercial, mixed-use, agricultural, and residential real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, environmental regulatory compliance, zoning, and other legal issues relating to land use and water use. Prior to joining the firm, Raban practiced real estate law in Salt Lake City, Utah, before accepting the position of Land and Governmental Affairs Manager for Florida’s largest private landowner. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
