Julian is an Associate at Holtzman Vogel with extensive experience at the intersection of law, policy, and business. He most recently served as Counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee for Chairman Jim Jordan, where he directed high-profile investigations and conducted oversight of federal agencies and major private-sector actors. In this role, Julian advised Chairman Jordan and the Republican Majority on some of the most consequential legal and policy matters before Congress, giving him unmatched insight into how Washington’s power centers operate and affect clients.

In addition to his congressional service, Julian previously worked in the Office of General Counsel at a boutique private equity firm, where he advised on compliance, transactions, and investment strategy. He also has private-sector experience in energy project development, equipping him with practical insight into how regulatory decisions shape business and investment.

A licensed attorney in the District of Columbia, Julian earned his B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at GW Law and was a Foreign Policy Fellow at the Wilson Center. Born and raised in Georgia, he brings both legal acumen and policy expertise to Holtzman Vogel.
