Jonathan Jaroslawicz is a senior associate at Holtzman Vogel, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement and investigations, and appellate matters. A trial and appellate advocate, Jonathan has represented clients in high-stakes disputes across federal and state courts, with significant experience in restructuring litigation, securities and market-manipulation matters, government enforcement actions, and cybersecurity incident response.

Before joining Holtzman Vogel, Jonathan practiced at two AmLaw 100 firms, where he served as lead litigation associate for a transportation company in a restructuring exceeding $1 billion, defended a market-maker in four market-manipulation lawsuits, developed the discovery strategy for a telecommunications client in a multibillion-dollar takings dispute against the U.S. government and drafted a supplemental brief defeating a motion to dismiss, defended a ride-share company in multidistrict litigation, and defeated a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in a breach-of-contract dispute.

In regulatory and enforcement matters, Jonathan defended a tax-services company in an SEC investigation, drafted a complaint seeking more than $50 million for a national insurance carrier in a qui tam action and prepared a DOJ presentation supporting government intervention, and led litigation due diligence for an asset manager's real estate acquisition exceeding $1 billion, assessing risk across more than 100 pending matters and managing post-closing FINRA requests.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan represented an insurer of 2008 financial-crisis securities in a six-week trial carrying more than $1 billion in exposure, preparing an ISDA expert witness for examination at trial, and defended an international bank in Madoff feeder-fund litigation. He also led incident response for three data breaches affecting thousands of customers and employees, serving as primary client contact and coordinating with state and federal regulators.
