Dylan Harper is an associate with Holtzman Vogel where he represents and advises clients in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation, constitutional law, appellate litigation and higher education compliance. He also has experience mediating cases throughout the state as a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator.

After law school, Dylan was a judicial clerk with the Circuit and Chancery Court judges of the 21st Judicial District in Franklin, Tennessee. He also clerked with the American Center for Law and Justice focusing on religious and constitutional freedoms.
