Celeste McDowell is Holtzman Vogel’s Director of Litigation Support, and she facilitates all aspects of the firm’s eDiscovery practice. She has over 15 years of experience in navigating high-profile clients through the travails of complex discovery. Her work runs the gamut from cross-border investigations and high-stakes litigation to quickly resolving third-party subpoenas.

As the Director of Litigation Support, Celeste develops and implements eDiscovery policies, procedures, and best practices, with a keen eye towards efficiency and consistency of the firm’s service delivery. This includes the entirety of the EDRM life cycle, where she provides expert recommendations, forensically sound and defensible data collections, and complex data analysis. She leverages her proven, hands-on industry knowledge of eDiscovery methodologies, best-practices, and strategic planning to support the Holtzman Vogel team and clients by developing project plans, participating in custodian interviews, conducting data collections, generating data analysis, and preparing deliverables.  She also provides full-service client support through training, review management, and access management.    

Celeste holds a degree in Digital Forensics and is GIAC Certified as a Forensic Examiner (GCFE).  Additionally, she is fully certified in the DISCO platform, with certifications in Project Management, Data Management, Search and Review, and Review Management.
