Kaitlin Murphy

Kaitlin Murphy is Holtzman Vogel's Director of Operations and provides firmwide leadership by managing office operations, overseeing administrative teams, and partnering with leadership to advance strategic initiatives. Additionally, Kaitlin leads employee engagement efforts and supports the compliance practice and special projects on behalf of the firm and its clients.

Before joining the firm, Kaitlin was the Executive Director at a political law firm, and co-founded FPPCO, an impact investment advisory company that uses data-based metrics to maximize investments in political reform. Prior to that, she was a member of the communications team at Americans Elect, Chief of Staff to the development team at Fund for the Republic, and a project management consultant with The Webster Group with responsibility for the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and Chesapeake Crescent Initiative.
