Holtzman Vogel Allocates 100 Billable Hours Per Associate Annually for AI Training
Holtzman Vogel announced today a new professional development program allowing first-, second-, and third-year associate attorneys to apply up to 100 billable hours annually towards artificial intelligence (“AI”) training and education.
This AI training initiative reflects the firm's commitment to preparing the next generation of lawyers as they commence their careers at the evolving intersection of law and technology. Associates may use credited hours for approved AI training courses, continuing legal education programs, internal workshops, supervised case simulations, and practice-specific AI applications.
"Our associates work on some of the most consequential legal matters in the country," said Jill Vogel, Managing Partner. "This program ensures they also develop the technical fluency and strategic thinking needed to serve our clients as AI transforms legal practice, regulatory compliance, and risk management."
The firm’s billable credit initiative complements Holtzman Vogel’s existing AI practice group, which provides strategic counsel on AI regulation, risk mitigation, data privacy, and related litigation matters. This initiative underscores the firm’s broader commitment to innovation, rigorous legal analysis, and leadership on emerging legal issues.
