Holtzman Vogel Wins Dismissal in Georgetown Antisemitism Case
Holtzman Vogel secured a complete dismissal with prejudice of all claims against our client in Johnson v. Georgetown University, a lawsuit targeting Jewish and pro-Israel organizations for speaking out against antisemitism on campus. The court also granted sanctions against plaintiff's counsel.
