Karyann Doty Parkinson

Karyann Parkinson is a law clerk at Holtzman Vogel, where she focuses on political and election law compliance and litigation.

Karyann joined the firm after serving as a summer associate in 2025. During law school, she was a Dave Kennedy Fellow at the Institute for Justice, researching constitutional law challenges in state and federal court. Additionally, she led the William & Mary chapter of the Federalist Society.

Previously, Karyann worked as a research assistant analyzing successful family dynamics and used that research to help families navigate crisis.

Karyann is an experienced business owner and mother to five children.
