Holtzman Vogel Expands Nashville Office with Move to Broadwest
Expanded Space Will Total Nearly 13,000 Square Feet and 37 Offices
Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak PLLC (“Holtzman Vogel”), a nationally recognized law firm handling high-stakes litigation, regulatory matters, government investigations, and political law, announced that it has moved into its newly built-out Nashville office at Broadwest on West End Avenue to accommodate continued growth in its Tennessee practice.
The office is located at 1600 West End Avenue, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37203. The office expansion is occurring in two phases. The first phase provides 8,226 square feet and 22 offices. A second phase will add 4,565 square feet and 15 more offices, bringing the total to 12,791 square feet and 37 offices.
Holtzman Vogel first entered the Tennessee legal market in April 2025 with the addition of Brandon Smith, former chief of staff to the Tennessee Attorney General, as managing partner of the Nashville office. Today, the Nashville office has eight attorneys plus professional staff.
Joining the law firm in its office expansion is the Vogel Group, a prominent national government relations firm. The Vogel Group’s Nashville presence is led by Catie Lane Bailey, who is also a partner at the law firm.
“A year and a half ago, we opened in Nashville because of Tennessee’s business-friendly environment and national reputation for outstanding governance, and because clients across the state needed counsel who understood where government and business meet,” said Jill Holtzman Vogel, the firm’s founder and managing partner. “Demand has exceeded our expectations, and our new office space gives us room to keep building an extraordinary team to meet it.”
“Tennessee’s pro-business, free-market policies continue to draw companies to the state, and our practice is growing alongside them,” said Smith. “This space gives us the capacity to continue building a first-rate team in Nashville, including lateral partners with established practices and talented attorneys who want to be part of one of the fastest-growing legal markets in the country.”
Holtzman Vogel's Nashville office advises clients in a variety of regulated industries — including faith-based organizations, healthcare, higher education, and financial services — on state and federal government investigations, corporate and nonprofit compliance and governance, constitutional law, political and election law, and high-stakes litigation.
